Maybe a hot Heart like Glowing Heart?

What about some alcohol to help him ... persuade ... those ladies?

That would thaw some frigid hearts.

Well, I just went and farmed a frigid heart, a glowing heart and a molten heart and then returned to Oggy.

Unfortunately he did not take any of them and there was no change in his dialogue.

Maybe the "ears" really is the end of this story as Jezza was standing next to him, but it would be nice if there was some dialogue to show that the "quest" was over?

Haha, props to Anet for making the American Pie reference..
Stiffmeister -> Oggmeister

It could also be a Friends reference. "How YOU doing?"

Stifler + Sherman + Joey = Oggy.
